Please note that our ice skating wear products are made to order at our design studio in Italy and therefore there is a 30 working day lead time for your items to be handcrafted specially for you.
 
Please make sure that if you require your order by a particular date that you discuss this with us at the time of ordering so that we can ensure that you receive your beautiful Karisma skate wear when you need it. 

As most items are being made on a bespoke basis and made to your colour and size preference, please ensure that you discuss the returns options with us at the time of ordering too as in most cases your order will be exempt from return/refund. We hold minimal stock levels due to the range of colours, sizes and design options for our products. 
Payment in full via Paypal will be required before your order will be placed with our design studio in Italy, once payment is received your order will be confirmed and no further changes can be made after 48 hours.
